A visit to Joalah Holiday Park takes you far away from the hustle and

is replaced by the soothing sound of waves breaking on the nearby beach
and the chatter of colourful Australian native birds in the surrounding forest.
Wildlife in the area abounds and ranges from a huge variety of birds to goannas and
a number of marsupials including the friendly eastern grey kangaroo, the cheeky possum
and the timid little bandicoot.
Within the following photo gallery, only the close up photograph of the
pelicans on the water was taken outside Joalah Holiday Park and this was
taken from the embankment immediately in front of the Park.
